About us:
M.O.G (men of God) Mobilized started as a resource for the men of the Christian faith. Knowing that men are foundational to our society, we began to recognize a quiet warfare waged against the men of the West. This war is social engineering; it is being waged by our public education system and our government, it has led to a societal bias favoring women and a villainizing of "toxic" masculinity so-called. Recognizing that men have been categorically minimized, even regarded as nonessential to the family and community, we foresaw a crisis and an urgent need for action. Our mission began to take shape: we would secure the souls of men for Christ; we would help Christian brothers reclaim their masculinity; we would train men to lead their families; we would educate and equip men according to Christ's ways and teachings; and we would repair "family units" to the repairing of society.
We needed older men to be good role models and mentors of sound Biblical doctrine; and we needed the younger men to be receptive to the wisdom of elders. This is traditional thinking, but today, it seems to fly in the face of what they have been taught or led to believe (refer to 1 Peter 5:1-11). Our website design began to reflect this need; the page design took on a do-it-yourself "instruction manual" style. The idea being, once a page from the site is used to inform or save an individual, the individual can be equipped through this information with a "standard kit" and be sent out as a "Heavenly footman" for Christ, pursuing Heaven while sharing the Good News message with those in his path.
This idea expanded to our becoming a “command central” of sorts where the man of GOD could go to access tools and discover essential links to many specialists; for the purpose of assisting, encouraging, and strengthening the M.O.G.’s (man of GOD) walk and mission.
Put simply, our goal is to mature the individual Christian to a point where he is equipped to handle any situation; our chosen means to this end is focusing on the men to the restoration of the family, and our purpose for restoring the family is for the restoration of the nation; all to the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world.
Save the man to save the family; save the family to save America; save America to save the world: do all for the Lord Jesus Christ.
Our hope is to encourage all men, women, and children to take up the calling to be princes and priests, unto the awakening of the Preacher in every Christian.
Our Beliefs:
-
WE are Evangelical Christians. This means we do not believe in the Catholic creeds and we do not have a Church leader outside of Jesus Christ. We still believe in respect for the elders of the Church and respect for the knowledge gained by experienced Christians. Evangelicals are the grandchildren of Protestants and the children of the "Free Church" groups like the Baptists, Puritans, Amish, and the like.
-
AS Evangelical Christians, our methods are focused on Evangelism; we believe a priority of Christians should be soul-winning outside the Church walls.
-
AS Evangelicals, we exercise liberty to discern and inspect a diverse assortment of topics we personally find interesting; all of these come out from our faith and do not define our salvation. We practice using Biblical truth as a litmus test to discern the spirit of the devices and ideas of man.
-
WE believe in the Bible as the foundation of Christian growth and believe it contains all the information a Christian needs to start and finish the Christian journey. We believe that it is the responsibility of the individual Christian to study the Bible both personally and with the congregation.
-
WE believe the Bible is a tool given to the Christian as a "check" against the Pastor and that ignorance to this use endangers the Church-attending Christian.
-
WE believe the Pastor deserves double honor because of the risk and sacrifice that comes with the job. We believe the pastor is an assistant shepherd to the head Shepherd, Jesus Christ. The pastor, being an assistant, carries responsibility only for the flock directly under his care.
-
WE believe in GOD the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and The Holy Spirit. We believe the Holy Spirit is is an individual, not merely a force, and he is male. We freely borrow "Trinity" as a common term, but do not give it doctrinal value.
-
WE believe Salvation is by The Father's "Grace Alone" through "Faith Alone" in the Lord Jesus Christ; Jesus is the grace provided by the Father. We believe that as long as this is the individual's foundational belief, and faith is maintained; he is saved.
-
WE believe bad Bible interpretation will not keep the Christian from salvation, but will stifle the Christian's growth.
-
WE believe a Christian cannot lose Salvation, but we believe a Christian can "put off" his faith and may not necessarily be safe when in this state. Jesus needs to be possessed, as He is our ticket into Heaven, if you leave your ticket behind, we believe that you do so at your own risk. This is know as Saving Faith, this is the faith that overcomes the world, this is our victory in Christ.
-
WE refer to the GOD of the Bible as "Father", as we believe we have been adopted as sons and daughters, and we refer to Jesus as "Lord Jesus Christ" to emphasize Jesus the man (Jesus), Jesus the King (Lord), and Jesus the Priest (Christ).
-
WE are "Low Church" and believe the congregation is the Church; the Church building is a meeting ground for the Church.
-
WE agree with the Five Solas, but we do not use them as a confession of faith. Rather, we see them as a declaration and useful as a rebuke against creeds.
-
WE believe in water baptism of believers as a public declaration of faith, but it must be preceded by a public testimony of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as evidence to the witnesses. We believe water baptism is symbolic of death and rebirth.
-
WE do not believe water baptism saves, nor do we believe water baptism washes away sin; we do believe water baptism clears the conscience.
-
WE believe the means of water baptism must be by full immersion, it must be done by a Christian, and it must be done in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
-
WE believe in a symbolic Communion, instituted by the Lord Jesus Christ and used as a reminder of the Lord's sacrifice. The poured wine is symbolic of the pouring out of Jesus' blood on the Cross and the broken bread is symbolic of Jesus' body being broken for us. We, as believers, enter in to Christ's sacrifice by consuming the wine and the bread, and we also become one with our Lord through our partaking of Him. We also receive a cleansing through Communion; but this is a small cleansing; as we have already been baptized; this symbol is represented by Jesus washing the Disciples' feet.
-
WE practice communion by Jesus' example: Gratitude is shown for the wine to the Father, it is poured, it's purpose is contemplated upon, and the partakers drink. The bread is blessed, it is broken, it's purpose is contemplated upon, and the partakers consume the bread. A quiet prayer of remembrance is usually prayed to close.
-
WE believe the Textus Receptus to be accurate and acceptable for use.
-
WE are fully confident in the King James Version as the definitive English translation of the Holy Scriptures.
-
WE believe the use of the King James Bible provides common ground for strong inter-denominational communion.
-
WE accept the Christian Flag as a representative of the symbol of the Cross and as useful for evangelism.
-
WE believe communion with other denomination is possible and should be pursued. We believe salvation is a requirement for communion.
-
WE reserve the right to break fellowship with any denomination, but we will attempt to provide a reasonable Biblical reference and a rebuke in hope of reconciliation at a later time, if it is the Lord's will.
-
WE believe the New Testament explains the Old Testament and because of this, Christians should prioritize New Testament study.
-
WE believe that Christians are Israel. We believe the Jews of the current generation, like all other people, are not under any special arrangement with GOD the Father and for this reason, are in need of Salvation through Jesus Christ, like all other people.
-
WE believe in Spiritual Gifts, but we do not recognize the manifestation of gifts as evidence of the Salvation of the individual.
-
WE believe that if a Spiritual Gift is needed, it will be provided by the Lord, and that it will be provided directly to the individual or by another Christian who is available. This puts the emphasis on the giver of the gift and not on the Christian who "does" the gift. This means that the individuals are not "limited" to one or two gifts, but that the needs are met. We believe, if the situation requires it, the Christian may possess all gifts.
-
WE believe in "traditional" Christian values. These values are those that are common among many denominations.
-
AS Evangelicals, we also possess "Puritan" values; this means we may pursue purity to a greater degree compared to other denominations.
-
WE believe the Bible is the authoritative "filter" and "test" for the systems and discoveries of man (science, law, tradition, morality, etc.). This sometimes requires appearing as fools to the world.
-
WE believe that if an argument can be made using the Bible, it is a valid argument and warrants discussion. We believe debate for the sake of debate is worthless.
-
WE believe the needs of Christians are best met by a smaller congregation and by a pastor who is familiar with his congregation.
-
WE believe Liberal Christianity (aka Progressive Christianity; aka Woke Left Christianity) is corrupted Christianity and is dangerous to sound teaching. Civility is acceptable, as long as it is kept in check by the Bible; the nation imposing Liberal thought and Liberal morality upon the Church is unacceptable. Jesus brings both love and judgement; it is an endangering fantasy for anyone to believe Jesus loves your sin. Because of this, we believe Christians must love the sinner, but judge the sin.
-
WE believe National Christianity (aka Christian Nationalism; aka Woke Right Christianity) is a corrupting Christianity and it's design leads to the perversion and inversion of the Christian mind. Patriotism is acceptable, as long as it is kept in check by the Bible; the nation's leaders teaching or directing the Church is unacceptable. Politicians are not pastors and pastors are not politicians. The President is not the leader of the Church; Evangelicals do not need or want a pope.
